Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
King Solomon warns us to guard our heart everyday because it will dictate our actions and feelings. Our happiness, our self-worth will be weighed against what we store in our hearts. King Solomon wanted us to treasure wisdom in our hearts - always watching so that we don't harbor pride & other evil desires.
